iPhone & iPad (iOS) Setup Guide

Learn how to configure 4kIPTV on iOS and iPadOS devices using verified applications from the official Apple App Store.

Before You Start

Ensure you have the following information and hardware prepared before beginning configuration.

Compatible Platform:iPhone and iPad models running iOS / iPadOS 14.0 or newer

Supported Application:Smarters Player Lite or GSE Smart IPTV

Separate App Cost:Free to download on the Apple App Store.

Prerequisites & Info:Apple ID signed into App Store, active cellular or Wi-Fi data, and your 4kIPTV M3U or Xtream credentials.

Open the Apple App Store on your iPhone or iPad. Search for 'Smarters Player Lite' and tap Get.

Launch the app and tap 'Login with Xtream Codes API'.

Input any Playlist Name (e.g. 4kIPTV), your Username, Password, and the Server URL.

Any Playlist Name:[e.g. 4kIPTV]

Username:[YOUR_USERNAME_FROM_EMAIL]

Password:[YOUR_PASSWORD_FROM_EMAIL]

Portal URL / M3U:[YOUR_SERVER_URL_FROM_EMAIL]

The application parses all live channels, sports sections, and VOD listings within seconds.

Tap any channel to begin streaming. You can use native iOS Picture-in-Picture or AirPlay to Apple TV.

How to Confirm Setup Succeeded:The video stream loads smoothly in the iOS media player with volume and scrubbing controls.

Issue: App asks for local network permission

Action: Select 'Allow' when iOS requests local network permission to enable player network buffering.

Issue: Cellular data playback issues

Action: In iOS Settings -> Cellular, ensure Cellular Data is toggled ON for the player application.
