Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose and Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the operational guidelines and restrictions governing the use of the 4kIPTV streaming service, website, and technical infrastructure. All customers and visitors must comply with this policy.

2. Prohibited Activities

Users may NOT engage in any of the following activities:

A. Unauthorized Restreaming & Redistribution

Reselling, public rebroadcasting, re-encoding, or restreaming server feeds to public websites, community boards, or secondary commercial networks is strictly prohibited. Subscriptions are solely for private residential viewing.

B. Simultaneous Connection Overuse

Exceeding the permitted 5 simultaneous connections per subscription package through automated credential scrapers, public playlist distribution, or sharing with outside third parties.

C. Infrastructure Interference & Cyberattacks

Attempting Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks, brute-forcing server authentication tokens, scraping website assets, or injecting malicious scripts into any platform endpoint.

D. Fraudulent Payment Activities

Using stolen payment cards, unauthorized bank accounts, chargeback fraud, or falsified personal identity records.

3. Enforcement & Termination

Failure to adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy constitutes a material breach of your subscription agreement. 4kIPTV reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently revoke access credentials without refund in the event of validated AUP violations.
